The Bond boys, Ziggy and Eric are back again with an all new episode!

FRWL-Dinner-Suit_phixrThis week, the guys are taking an in depth look at, and ranking, the pre-credit sequences of all the films!

From short and sweet to long and drawn out, we’ll discuss what makes a good opening scene, and what makes a bad one. We’ll also rank them all from 22-1 (Dr. No and Never Say Never Again are excluded as they did not have a sequence BEFORE the titles).

Find out if Ziggy & Eric agreed on any of the placements, or if they severely question each other’s judgement! Fell free to let us know where you agree or disagree as well, by contacting us on Twitter @HerMajestysPod or on Facebook at http://facebook.com/hermajestyspod

Hi guys, cool show as always and an interesting order in your lists. Good to hear some love for Octopussy! One thing I’d like to note is that the surfing in the PTS of Die Another Day is not CGI as you can see in the making of video here http://youtu.be/Y-acRWVliDs?t=1m55s The CGI surfing scene most people complain about is the iceberg kite surfing scene later on in the movie.

Nonetheless the movie still sucks of course 🙂

      Hello –

Somewhere between the camera operators and post prod, whether or not it is CGI, it still looks CGI. I respect the skill of the professional surfers, but the shot is wasted and still looks like crap. As you say, movie sucks regardless. 😀

Thanks for chiming in, as always, my friend!

      -Ziggy
